light has no mass

In physics we learnt about light… it has no mass, but it has momentum, frequency, and velocity

In a very old meditation recording I named “eternal love”… I learnt that safety and warmth does things to a person.

Being safe and in trance does something to you. You feel things are enough. Mammalian needs are enough to be so very happy.

Being happy does something to you. You feel like… you are a vessel. A vessel capable of containing it all. A vessel soft and malleable, expandable, able to contain the good people around you, the bad

You feel like you have an endless supply of happiness. Hormones of safety and reward just keep being replenished even as you feel them constantly. Like you can look at yourself and love it too. Like you can look at the unjustness and love it too. Like an endless supply of love.

What do you do with love? How is it expressed? You can express it by feeling like you care.

You check on yourself… asking “wait a second, where did all of this happiness come from?” “is it right to boldly declare I can love everything I see?”

Well, it’s of course not obligatory to love everything you see. You can love inanimate objects and they can’t benefit from your feelings. What matters is that giving love makes YOU different.

So your life has a positive feedback loop when you firmly believe that giving and caring feels so good.

And love is like light in many ways… not something finite or tangible, no mass involved and it feels like rhythm, frequencies. the oldest tricks in the book… like the up and down of heartbeat for as long as you live.

Love has no mass and has frequency… whether in physics, or just in metaphor.

You can’t run out of light by shining it on too many things. You can see the world much more differently if you do.
